Join us for a week of yoga, relaxation and sunshine on the beautiful island of Kos.  You will have the opportunity to join in with two yoga/meditation classes each day with two meals and plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful beaches and activities on the island or treat yourself to an optional massage or excursion.

Start 2018 as you mean to go on by reconnecting with yourself and your goals in a full weekend of yoga, meditation and relaxation.  Latitude Wellbeing are teaming up with Braziers Park in the heart of the South Oxfordshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to offer a retreat in a stunning Gothic mansion surrounded by 55 acre grounds.  With seasonal, home grown food and roaring open fires, it's the perfect chance to recover from the festive season.

Join Hayley and the Braziers team to relax, unwind, reconnect and kickstart your new year affirmations with 8 yoga and meditation sessions, wholesome meals and optional massage and workshops.

Whether you are keen to deepen your practice, try different styles or even to experience yoga & meditation for the first time, the weekend is yours to enjoy.

Example Daily Schedule:

Friday:   

4pm: Begin arrivals and settling in

5:30-6pm: Welcome and Yoga

7pm: Dinner

8:30pm: Meditation

Saturday:

7:30am: Meditation

8:30-9am: Light breakfast

9:30-11am: Yoga

11am: Tea Break

Accommodation

Braziers park is a beautiful gothic mansion set in 55 acres of the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  You are free to enjoy the stunning grounds at your leisure, or if a more relaxed approach is suits your aim for the weekend, the open fire or dining rooms stocked with complimentary teas and coffees are also yours to enjoy.  

Rooms are basic but extremely comfortable single or twin occupancy.  Due to the nature of the old building the bathrooms are shared but all rooms benefit from their own sink.
