About Hayley
As a Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor with over 19 years of experience, Hayley brings a deep understanding of how injury, illness, and inactivity impact a person’s physical and mental wellbeing.
It was during her own recovery from illness that Hayley discovered yoga and meditation. Inspired by the transformative benefits to her strength, energy, and clarity, she trained as a yoga teacher in 2015. Since then, she has specialised in working with a diverse range of clients, including children, pre- and postnatal women, and those with long-term or complex health conditions.
With a Master’s degree in neuroscience, Hayley expanded her expertise by becoming a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. Combining this knowledge with her physiotherapy background, she founded Latitude Wellbeing, blending the mindfulness and philosophy of Eastern practices with the research-driven medical expertise of the West.
Hayley’s commitment to professional growth has led her to pursue advanced training in oncology rehabilitation, women’s health, and therapeutic yoga. This unique combination allows her to offer a holistic approach to mindful rehabilitation, improving movement and wellbeing across all ages, abilities, and health conditions.
Her passion for education has become a central part of her work. Hayley now collaborates with organizations such as The Minded Institute, the NHS, and Macmillan to deliver training in experiential anatomy and best practices for cancer care. She also leads workshops on mindfulness, stress management, resilience and wellbeing for health professionals and yoga teachers.
Outside of her professional life, Hayley enjoys spending time with her two young sons, exploring nature, practicing Tai Chi, and savoring a good cup of tea.
