There has never been more of a need for Stress Management and Self Care than now, but sadly with the new guidelines, the ongoing uncertainty and our sincere wishes to prioritise the safety of all of our guests, we have made the decision to cancel our Coping with Stress Day Retreat in May.
I have every hope of reorganising this and our many other wellbeing events again as soon as we are able. I sincerely hope to see you all there again as we rebuild and relaunch!

We all know sometimes life can get a little hectic or feel a bit much. Wouldn’t it be great to have a few tricks in your tool box to pull out just when you need them to keep your wellbeing in check?
Our day long stress management workshops offer the chance to explore:
exactly what is stress,
how it impacts your thinking and your body,
how to recognise stress in yourself and most importantly,
what to do about it and how to maintain your wellbeing in every day life.
Using a variety of yoga, meditation and breathing techniques we will create and fill your own personal tool box of stress resilience factors whilst also relaxing and enjoying a day of gentle yoga and meditation practices in the countryside. All levels and complete beginners welcome.
The day includes:
Gentle guided yoga practices, suitable for all levels and beginners.
Deep relaxation of the body and mind with a traditional guided meditations.
“Pranayama” - Traditional simple breathing practices with explanation of how they can impact your mood and energy levels.
Yoga Nidra - “Sleep Yoga”
A stress awareness workshop, establishing how to recognise individual responses and remedies.
Guided workshops and worksheets to explore your stress markers and resilience factors.
An open discussion session explaining some of the key principles in yoga and meditation, its history, practices and purpose.

Hayley's retreats fuse 14 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist and clinical Pilates instructor with a deep love of yoga and meditation.
Latitude Wellbeing was created to blend the understanding of Western biomechanics and rehabilitation with the freedom of movement and mind that you can find through Eastern philosophy.
With a masters base in neuroscience Hayley continues to explore and teach the benefits of breathing practices and meditation for the body and also the mind through yoga classes, educational workshops and retreats.

Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 10 weeks or more before the start of retreat are eligible for a refund of the full amount less any deposit or booking fee.
Any cancellations made less than 10 weeks before the retreat are non-refundable and any outstanding payments will be still be due.
If you find someone who would like to take your place or if we have a waiting list and are able to replace you we will refund your place minus the deposit, any booking fee and a £20 admin fee.
