The eight week MBSR Course is the most widely recognised and studied introduction to Mindfulness Meditation, it is scientifically proven to support with stress management.
Throughout the course we explore the essential principles of mindfulness through guided meditations & open group discussions. Each week building on the learning & practice of the last to help you develop a nourishing, personal mindfulness practice to support you long after the course is complete.

What’s Included
The MBSR programme includes eight, 2-hour sessions, held at the same time each week. (Please note, our November course will have a 3 week break over Christmas and resume with session 6 on 12th January 2021)
And one half-day retreat on a Saturday Morning (Specific date to be confirmed at the time of booking).
Highlights

Course Materials
All Participants receive an e-copy of the extensive B-Me Wellbeing MBSR Workbook.
You will be sent four guided meditations to support your practice throughout the programme.
Your course tutor will be available for support and any urgent queries throughout the course.
How It Works
This online course will be completed live on Zoom.
Both the teacher and all participants will be live and able to engage throughout the sessions. These will include a combination of whole group discussions, small group and 1:1 interactions just like in a face to face setting.
Group numbers are capped to ensure enough time and space for all participants to engage.
Please note there is a minimum required number for all courses to go ahead. In the unlikely event that your chosen date needs to be postponed due to numbers, you will be given the option of alternative dates or a full refund.
What You Need
You will need access to a computer for the duration of the sessions with webcam and microphone functions.
Please download the free Zoom app for ease of entering the sessions. An invitation to your sessions will be sent out in your welcome pack.
You will need a stable internet connection and wherever possible a private space where you are unlikely to be disturbed throughout your session.
Your Teacher
Hayley has over 14 years of clinical experience working in physiotherapy and completed a Masters in Neuropsychology before becoming a yoga and Mindfulness instructor. She has been practicing mindfulness for more than 10 years and is fascinated by the ability we all have to get the best out of our brains.
In all aspects of Hayleys work, she aims to arm clients with a better understanding of how their bodies and minds work and empower them to develop resilience and make the best choices for their wellbeing.
